The apartment is arranged over one floor. The living and dining room is open plan, with sliding glass running the full width of the room onto a covered terrace that looks south over the gardens and rooftops of the development toward the sea. The terrace is deep enough to be used as a second sitting room, and it holds the shade through the afternoon.
The kitchen is fitted with an island and breakfast seating, integrated oven and hob, an extractor set into a tiled surround, and an American-style fridge freezer. A corner window above the counter opens the room out into the trees.
Bedrooms open directly onto outside space. Some have sliding doors onto a private garden terrace enclosed by a traditional Algarve stone wall and planted with olive, bougainvillea, palm and jasmine, with gravel beds and mature specimen trees for shade. Others open onto the upper balcony and share the sea view.
Bathrooms are finished in travertine and mosaic tile, with a floating stone basin and a bath with a shower over.
